We serve the Valley area surrounding the Robert Packer Hospital.  We have homes in both the Athens and Sayre areas.

Gorsline Student Housing is a family run company, that is run by myself (Keith) and my wife (Brandee).  We have been in the real estate and rental industry for over 20 years and pride ourselves on our personal touch.  Brandee furnishes all the homes and Keith fixes, maintains, and creates Brandee's vision!  We are not a big company that has locations all over the state.  You are dealing with real people who really care about what they do!

Please refer to our Current Housing page to see all our listings.  Our units are not your normal student housing listings.  We furnish our units to an AirBnB standard.  In fact, when they are not being used by students they are listed on AirBnb and you can go to our AirBnB listing for each of our properties to read reviews and view pics of what they look like.

We include virtually everything you need for a longs stay.  All linens are provided.  Your kitchen is fully stocked for cooking all the basics, even coffee making devices! There are TV's in every bedroom. All units have some form of Air Conditioning.  There are tables and chairs and comfortable couches to relax in.  Just bring your personal items and everything else we try to take care of.

Our price is $900 per student per month, and that is all you are responsible for!  All utilities including high speed internet are provided.  We try to make it easy on your budget!  If you do decide to book with us, there is also a $900 down payment to secure your spot and go towards any damages that are incurred during your stay.  We do not have any application fees or hidden charges. 

You are responsible to take care of the cleanliness of your home.  Everything else we take care of.  My Dad and Son mow your lawn, and I shovel your sidewalks.  If something breaks, I will personally fix it.  If you would prefer to have some help with cleaning, we do offer local cleaners to come and clean for you, but that would be an extra charge.

We prefer if you put together a group for a house if possible.  Say it is a 3 bedroom house and it has a 3 student minimum.  We find it works better if you all know each other.  We are willing to try and put together groups of individual students if needed, but we cannot guarantee a place unless we meet the minimum.  For example, we have two single applicants and only 3 bedroom houses left.  Either the two of you would have to pay the extra $900 to meet the minimum or find another person.  We cannot offer contracts until we have the minimum met for a unit.  We do offer some 2 bedroom units, but we do not have any 1 bedroom units currently.  

Please look at the Student Minimums on the Current Housing Page.  We can only offer up to the minimum because that is how many beds we have in each unit.  If you have more than that for one house, you can request 2 units.  We have had groups as large at 7 before and we just split them up between multiple available units.

Once we have a group set for the unit you requested, I will confirm that interest and will then send you a rental agreement to docusign digitally.  Once the rental agreement is signed, I will request the down payment of $900.  Once that is recieved, you are all confirmed and have a place to stay!

I can send you a sample contract upon request.  I do a simple rental agreement contract with no games.  I have a 1 year minimum on my rental agreement with the option to extend additional months at the same price as long as you give me notice.  We are here to serve you and recognize that not all plans follow through nice and neatly!  We try to be flexible enough to meet your needs no matter the situation.

We accept digital payments thought Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, and others upon request.  We also accept check and cash if so requested.
